Chicken Spinach Alfredo Pasta

1 lb. DeLallo Organic whole grain rigatoni
2 tbsp butter
1 tbp chopped onion
1 cloves garlic chopped
2 c milk
8 oz cream cheese
1 c chopped spinach
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
2 cooked chicken breasts
1/2 c water
1/4 c fresh Parmesan

Place a large pot of salted water over high heat and bring pasta to boil. Drain and set a side

2. In a large skillet over medium heat. Add butter, onions, and garlic sauté for 2-3 minutes then add milk and bring to a boil. Once the milk is scaleded add the cream cheese and melt it. Whisk the cream cheese until smooth then add the spinach and the crushed red pepper. Stir well.
3. Now mix in the pasta and the chicken and the water and stir in good. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
