Chicken cordon bleu


2 large thawed chicken breast
Sliced ham
Provolone cheese slices
Panko Italian bread crumbs
1 large egg
Tooth picks
Meat mallet


Use a meat mallet and flatten the chicken breast. Top chicken breast with cheese and ham. Roll into a oval shape and use toothpicks to secure it. Dip into eggs and then into breadcrumbs. I spray mine with Olive oil and place in a baking dish at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes and enjoy!
