This is a simple and very yummy dish!
I buy a pork tenderloin put it in the crockpot with about 1/2 inch of water. Cook on low for 4-6 hours (until fork tender)
Once tenderloin is done shred it apart and place in casserole dish.
Then in a large bowl make sweet and sour sauce
3/4 cup sugar
4 tbsp ketchup
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic salt
Mix all ingredients together and pour over the top of pork. Bake at 350 degrees until sauce starts to bubble about 5-10 min.
I pour mine over white rice and enjoy!
