Pumpkin cup cakes with cream cheese icing

Cupcakes
Ingredients:

1 an 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup pumpkin purée
1/2 cup Olive oil
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla

Mix together in a large bowl all the dry ingredients then in a medium bowl mix the wet ingredients. Then mix all together dry and wet ingredients an pour into cupcake pan evenly

Bake at 350 for 17-20 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean.

Then while cooling make cream cheese frosting

Ingredients:
2- cups butter
1- 8oz cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Soften butter and cream cheese and then mix all ingredients together. Top cupcakes and enjoy!!
