Salisbury steak

2lbs lean hamburger meat
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup flour
2 tsp. Olive oil
1 – 10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg packet dry au jus mix
3/4 cup water

1. Mix together the ground beef, onion soup, bread crumbs and milk with your hands. Shape into patties
2. Heat oil in a medium pan on high heat. Dredge patties through flour enough to coat and then brown on both sides in the hot skillet
3. Transfer the browned patties into a baking dish and preheat oven to 350 degrees
4. Mix together cream of mushroom soup, au jus mix and water. Pour over the meat
5. Put in the oven for about 25 minutes or until the middle is no longer pink
